Real Estate partner Jasmine Chiu was recently quoted in South China Morning Post (SCMP) on the trends of Hong Kong’s commercial property sector.
Jasmine comments that the recent introduction of the Hostels in the City Scheme, which aims to address the shortage of student housing, may encourage investors to acquire suitable hotels, industrial buildings and offices for conversion into student hostels.
