Corporate & Securities partner Billy Au is quoted in SCMP discussing the recent threat of delisting of Chinese companies from the US.
He notes that this would present a more significant challenge for small capitalisation companies that do not meet the listing requirements for Hong Kong.
“There may not be a suitable platform for them to move their listing away from the US,” he says.
