Johnson Stokes & Master (Tanglau) acted for a client on its acquisition of Winland 800 Hotel for a consideration of HK$765 million from Mexan Limited (Stock Code: 22).
Winland 800 Hotel, located at 1 Tsing Yi Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, is a three-star property with 800 rooms, a transaction price of approximately HK$3,642 per square foot and an average room value of approximately HK$956,000.
