Natalie Oh is a senior associate of Tanglau's Real Estate practice in the Hong Kong office.

Natalie advises property developers and investors on acquisition and disposal of real properties in Hong Kong. She deals with property development projects, including advising on matters in land grants, drafting of Deeds of Mutual Covenant, applying for pre-sale consent, and handling the sale, purchase and mortgaging of units in residential or non-residential development projects. She also handles acquisition of properties for redevelopment and leasing matters.

Natalie is also experienced in real estate related mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

Natalie speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Experience

  • Advised a local listed company on the HK$2 billion disposal of the holding companies of the properties located at 3, 4, 5 and 6 Glenealy, Hong Kong.
  • Advised a fund on its HK$1.9 billion acquisition of an investment vehicle which indirectly owns the property located at 69 Jervois Street, Hong Kong.
  • Advised a real estate investment fund in its disposal of an investment vehicle which owns an office and retail complex on Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong for a consideration of approx. HK$1.99 billion.
  • Advised a real estate investment fund in its HK$130 million acquisition of 50% interest in an investment vehicle which indirectly owns an industrial property known as “West Castle” at 22 Yip Shing Street, Hong Kong, the formation of joint venture and the related project management arrangement.
  • Advised a local listed company on its HK$489 million acquisition of the property known as Hay Nien Building located at 1 Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, and its subsequent disposal for a consideration of approx. HK$537 million.
  • Advised a local listed company on its HK$710 million disposal of the company that owns certain pieces of land in Demarcation District No.129 in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong.
  • Acted for a local developer in the surrender of various lots in So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun to the HKSAR Government.
  • Represented property developers in the acquisition of units for redevelopment purpose.
  • Advising property developers in project conveyancing matters.
  • Advising on general conveyancing matters.
