Jacqueline Liu is a senior associate in the Real Estate Finance practice in Tanglau's Hong Kong office. Jacqueline acts for banks and financial institutions in real estate-related financing transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. She has experience in advising loan financing transactions involving acquisition of shares in property holding companies, acquisition of new land and project development (including the Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC) and Urban Renewal Authority (URA) developments) as well as general conveyancing matters.
