  • A syndicate of lenders on over HK$7 billion secured green loan financing to a real estate conglomerate for a MTRC residential development project.
  • A PRC state-owned enterprise in relation to an aggregate of over HK$3 billion green term loan facilities.
  • A PRC conglomerate on up to HK$2.5 billion sustainability-linked term loan facility, which is the first sustainability-linked facility of such PRC conglomerate.
