Johnson Stokes & Master (Tanglau) advised a consortium of investors on its HK$1.2 billion acquisition of the residential development site located at 992-998 King’s Road and 2-16 Mount Parker Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, from the receivers.
The team was led by Real Estate partners Peter Ho and Eugene Wong, with support from Real Estate partner Alvin Yeung and associate Ronnie Chan.
